A ₱30,000 reservation fee holds the unit and is credited toward the downpayment. A parking slot is reserved separately for ₱10,000.

Downpayment
Promo terms: 12% over 32 months (Paisley and Shantung); 15% over 32 months (Taffeta and Zephyr). Regular terms: 30% over 1 month (Paisley) or 8 months (Shantung) or 21 months (Taffeta) or 23 months (Zephyr). The terms differ by tower. Paid by post-dated checks or auto-debit.

Each tower has its own target: Paisley October 2026, Shantung June 2027, Taffeta August 2028 and Zephyr October 2028.

After the downpayment, the balance is paid through bank financing or DMCI in-house financing. Current financing terms are set by the lender.
